Leasehold title with rental pool participation in professionally managed operation.
Title
Ownership at Liyongo means participation in a managed estate. You acquire a 99 year leasehold title (33-year renewable three times under the Zanzibar Condominium Act) to a specific villa and enter the rental pool on a tiered participation structure.
Operations
The project runs unified marketing and central reservations; on-site management handles operations, maintenance, and guest coordination. 3 weeks available as personal stays. Rental income distributes quarterly, reported transparently, with performance tied to tiered occupancy within the pool.
Returns
Pricing, payment structure, projected returns and fees sit in our separate Financial Information Pack, distributed to qualified enquirers on request. This pack includes full operational assumptions, fee disclosure and scenario modelling. The proposition outlined here; the numbers delivered there.
