Ownership at Liyongo means participation in a managed estate. You acquire a 99 year leasehold title (structured as 33-year renewable three times under the Zanzibar Condominium Act) to a specific villa and enter the rental pool on a tiered participation structure. The project runs unified marketing and central reservations; on-site management handles operations, maintenance, and guest coordination. Personal stays are yours to book through the platform. Rental income distributes quarterly, reported transparently, with performance tied to estate-wide occupancy and your tier within the pool. The financial detail — pricing, payment structure, projected returns, fees, and furniture pack costs — sits in a separate Financial Information Pack, distributed to qualified enquirers on request.
